Think you know author Doris Vilk? Get to know her better !

I was a Cuban refugee. I practiced family and cosmetic dentistry for 29 years. Health issues brought me to an earlier retirement than I originally planned. I wanted to write a book. Fifty Shades was very popular and profitable at the time so I took a story I had in my head, a romance about a physician and an actress  – and turned it erotic. After a conservative career that was always politically correct, it was fun and free to write my novels and be published on Amazon. 

Today I’m three novels into the trilogy under the pen name Doris Vilk. New goals involve marketing my books and dreaming to see them on the big or small screen while continuing to get healthier and enjoy my retirement.
